It was a pleasure to use yourselves, from the communication that someone wasn’t coming to their replacement and the friendly, experienced team you send. They had all either worked with us before or knew what they were doing, did exactly what was asked of them and were polite and pleasant with guests – something I wish I could say for all agencies.
