Even after 38 years of trading we are still growing – and due to this continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to come and join our busy team of 10!

The role in a nutshell.

Reporting to the Operations Director, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic salesperson to join our growing team. This individual will be predominantly responsible for driving sales across all divisions of the business, supporting the Hospitality, Commercial and Industrial teams, putting together a sales strategy that ensures the business enjoys significant growth year on year.

This is a new role for the business so this individual can put their own stamp on the role and make it their own!

The Person

• Several years experience in a recruitment business in a sales position
• A passion for all things sales and be brilliant on the phone!
• A friendly and warm personality with an approachable attitude
• Resilient and driven
• The ability to work to deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
• Sound judgement and decision-making skills
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills

The role is based in Farnham, occasional working from home is possible after a 3 month probation is passed. It would be possible to consider a 4-day week for this role.
