***SALES EXECUTIVE***
Calling all experienced Sales Executives! We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated, seasoned Sales Executive who has honed their sales and business development skills within the construction, civil engineering or a similar sector. Salary c.£35K + bonus
Key responsibilities for the Sales Executive include,

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sector
• Manage customer enquiries across all product lines (full product training given)
• Seek new sales opportunities and increase add on sales
• Work closely on construction related projects – following them from enquiry to order
• Have the ability to effectively maximise margin and net profit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts, and provide regular updates

The ideal Sales Executive will need,

• Solid sales/business development skills ideally within construction, civil engineering or a similar sector
• The ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues essential
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills are a must
• Be highly customer focused
• Have strong administrative skills, be thorough and accurate
• Full UK driving licence and own transport essential due to location, free on-site parking
