Even after 38 years of trading we are still growing – and due to this continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to come and join our busy team of 12!

The role in a nutshell.

Reporting to the Operations Director and working closely with the Events Recruitment Team of 6, you will have full responsibility for developing strong client and temp relationships, filling all bookings with quality staff and adopting an honest and open approach at all times. We are looking to grow our Back of House desk – so prior experience of working as a chef, with an understanding of how a kitchen works is imperative. Sales is also a must, you must be confident picking up the phone and talking to people – day in and day out.

We are looking for someone with experience, someone who can hit the ground running and continue to provide our amazing and valued clients with incredible hardworking, reliable temps.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A chefing background
  • Two years experience in a recruitment business in a similar position
  • A passion for sales – speaking to people is a must!
  • A friendly and warm personality with a caring attitude
  • The desire to go that extra mile – day in and day out
  • The ability to work to deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
  • Sound judgement and decision-making skills
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills

The role is based in Farnham, occasional working from home is possible after a 3 month probation is passed. Working hours are 9 – 5.30 p.m. and you will be required to support with weekend check-ins and on call cover on a rota basis, however extra holiday days will be given to cover weekend working.
