***PRODUCTION COORDINATOR***
We have a genuinely exciting opportunity for a Production Coordinator to join our clients. Experience within a project planning or events led environment where contact with clients and internal teams is key along with the ability to work on multiple projects whilst meeting tight deadlines is essential.
Salary £25-30K depending on experience
Key responsibilities for the Production Coordinator include,

  • Assist the multiple simultaneous and varied production projects end-to-end
  • Support in assessing creative proposals and planning processes to ensure the final content matches the clients brief
  • Liaise with clients as required, from concept to delivery, face to face or remotely
  • Input to project planning and key milestones, and co-ordinating relevant team meetings as required
  • Support in coordinating schedules and production timings with production partners and suppliers
  • Lead the set up and delivery of shoots and events in-house or external locations/venues
  • Briefing and monitoring teams for schedule, and troubleshooting
  • Input to the post-production process, review, test, and proofread content before submitting to client

The ideal Production Coordinator will need the following,

  • Be educated to A Level standard or equivalent
  • Experience within a project planning or events led environment where you have client contact is essential
  • A good understanding/experience with projects and/or managing events preferred
  • Confident Office 365 essential, experience of using project management tool such as monday.com useful
  • A passion for attention to detail essential
  • Confident to lead teams when required and direct suppliers and freelancers to the project brief
  • Cool and calm under pressure, and ability to problem solve when needed
  • Be highly organised, punctual with good planning and administrative skills
  • Have excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle due to location (free on-site parking)
  • Due to the nature of the role some travel and/or overnight stays will be required depending on projects
  • Note that this is an office-based position with potential for occasional working from home

Hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
