Are you looking for an exciting and unique opportunity to be part of a thrilling Firework Night event at some of the most prestigious racecourses in the country? We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar and Waiting Staff to join our team for this special occasion.

Key Responsibilities:

As Bar and Waiting Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience at the Firework Night event. Your responsibilities will include:

• Bar Staff:

  • Serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
  • Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handling cash transactions accurately.

• Waiting Staff:

  • Taking food orders and serving meals to guests.
  • Providing excellent customer service, ensuring guests' needs are met.
  • Assisting with table set-up and clearing.
  • Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in bar or waiting staff roles is preferred but not essential.
• A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of guests.
• Availability to work on Firework Night (typically in the evening) at various racecourses.
