***SENIOR IT ENGINEER***

Salary up to £40K depending on experience + paid for certifications/exams and genuine future progression opportunities
Key responsibilities for the Senior IT Engineer include,

• Mentoring and sharing knowledge with the support team
• Liaising with a wide range of clients regarding their IT, Infrastructure and Networking technologies
• Building strong customer relationships
• Attending customer call outs when required
• Assisting the sales team with new and existing business opportunities

The ideal Senior IT Engineer will need,

• Solid experience within a similar role
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Experience administering Microsoft 365
• Experience with Azure active directory
• Experience / working knowledge of firewalls (Fortinet, Watchguard)
• Working knowledge and experience configuring routers (Draytek & TP Link)
• Ability to work productively within a small team
• Full UK driving licence essential
