Come and work as a Sales Consultant for one of the busiest Estate Agencies in Surrey specialising in residential property sales. This is an immediate opening for an experienced Sales Consultant with a knack for generating business and carry out valuations. 
Salary £25K + OTE c.£40K+
Key responsibilities for the Sales Consultant include;

• Registering applicants and discussing suitable properties
• Visiting Vendors and delivering market appraisals on their properties
• Attending viewings
• Liaising with Solicitors and third party clients
• Negotiating fee percentages and offers between applicants and vendors

The ideal Sales Consultant will need;

• Some previous experience within a property related business essential
• Proven ability to generate business and carry out valuations
• A passion for people and property and delivering results
• Be well-presented with professional and confident verbal/written communication skills
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Have good geographical knowledge of the local area

Hours 8.30am-6pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-5pm
