A super varied opening has arisen for a proactive and efficient Administrator to play a key role in supporting a busy purchasing department.
Previous general administrative experience needed, full training provided.
Salary £25K + benefits including flexible start/finish times and on-site parking
Key responsibilities for the Administrator include
- Raising/ updating of POs to Supplier
- Complete exception reports for PO date changes
- Expedite open Orderbook
- Communication to Planning and Materials for Supplier delays and changes to delivery dates
- Project manage critical supplier orders to achieve OTD
- Liaise with other departments regarding supply chain queries
The ideal Administrator will need,
- Previous general office administration experience
- Excellent computer skills, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Confident verbal/written communication skills essential
- Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail
This administration role would suit a proactive, self-starter with bags of enthusiasm and initiative.
