Profiles Personnel is recruiting for a full-time Warehouse & Logistics Team Member on a 12-week temp-to-perm placement. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company, prove yourself over an initial 12-week period and potentially secure a permanent position.
You’ll be part of a busy, hands-on operation, helping keep stock, equipment and deliveries moving efficiently. If you’re reliable, hardworking and enjoy staying active, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What you’ll be doing
- Picking, packing and organising stock and equipment
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
- Preparing goods and equipment for deliveries and events
- Moving stock around the warehouse and loading areas
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
- Supporting the wider logistics team with day-to-day tasks
- Following health & safety procedures and warehouse processes
- Helping ensure everything is ready and delivered on time

What we’re looking for
- 18+ only
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving items safely
- Able to commit to full-time work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- A strong team player
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not essential
