***SALES EXECUTIVE***
We’re recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a successful distribution business who specialise in supplying materials to customers across the civil engineering, construction, utilities, agricultural and related sectors.
This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, customer-focused Sales Executive who thrives under pressure within a fast-paced environment.. Working alongside the Branch Manager and wider sales team, you’ll build strong customer relationships, manage enquiries, identify new opportunities and help grow the business.
Salary £35-40K depending on experience
- Managing customer enquiries across a range of products
- Building relationships with new and existing trade and retail customers
- Identifying opportunities for additional sales and new business
- Managing projects from enquiry through to order
- Providing excellent customer service and finding effective solutions
- Preparing accurate quotations and sales administration
- Working closely with colleagues across the business
- Maximising sales margins and profitability
The ideal Sales Executive will need,
- Ideally have previous sales experience within a trade, construction, building materials or similar environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong administration and attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
- Confidence building relationships with customers and colleagues
- A positive, team-focused attitude along with the ability to think on your feet
