We’re recruiting enthusiastic hospitality staff to be part of the world-famous Royal Ascot at Ascot Racecourse in June 2026. This is your chance to work at a premium horse racing event and unlock priority access to other top-tier events throughout the season.
Event Details
Royal Ascot: Tuesday 16th – Saturday 20th June 2026
Shifts: Full days (8-12 hours). Start times may be as early as 06:00 and finish as late as 00:00, depending on role – reliable transport is essential
Location: Ascot Racecourse, Berkshire, SL5 7JX
Successful team members will also have priority opportunities at:
- Farnborough Airshow
- The Epsom Derby
- Qatar Goodwood Festival
- Other major UK events

Who We’re Looking For
Hospitality or event experience is a bonus, not a must – we’re just as interested in your attitude, energy, and reliability.
We’d love to hear from people who are:
- Friendly, confident, and happy working in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
- Reliable, professional, and well-presented
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ideally available for multiple events across the season (but not essential)
We’re ideally looking for team members who can work all days of Royal Ascot, but don’t worry if you can’t commit to them all.
