Profiles Personnel is a busy recruitment business in Farnham, supplying temporary and permanent hospitality, industrial, and commercial staff across the Southeast. After 39 years of successful trading, we’re still growing – and we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Assistant to join our friendly, dynamic team of 10!
Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with the Events Recruitment Team, you will support the Hospitality and Industrial teams in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding temporary workers, as well as assisting with day-to-day office operations. You’ll use a range of channels to advertise roles and recruit new temps daily. Attendance at recruitment events and right-to-work days will also form part of the role.
You will also be required to attend regular staff check-ins and take part in the on-call rota at weekends.

The Role
- Based in Farnham
- Standard hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., 5 days a week, including weekends
- Weekend working required on a rota basis (with weekdays off in lieu)
