Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and VIPs, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Assist with event logistics and guest management, ensuring smooth operations across the event.
- Support various departments with roles such as hospitality, crowd management, security, and more.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour in a high-pressure environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous work experience at Royal Ascot, Cheltenham Festival, Twickenham Stadium, Sandown Racecourse, Silverstone Race Track, or other major events.
- Hospitality, customer service, or event management experience.
- Strong ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working at high-profile, prestigious events.
