Salary up to £32K depending on experience
Key responsibilities for the IT Support Technician include,
- Provide telephone and email support to our customers in order to maintain their systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Prioritise outbound calling to resolve cases in a timely manner
- Report issues to 3rd party suppliers ensuring clients are updated and cases are resolved in a timely manner
- Cases are managed in line with agreed SLA’s and are escalated with sufficient SLA remaining
- Use available broadband diagnostic tools to identify and resolve broadband faults
- Support the technical team in additional areas where required
- Carry out general administration duties such as logging calls, database administration on the company CRM system
The ideal IT Support Technician will need the following,
- Previous experience in a varied I.T Support and managing client accounts
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Experience administering Microsoft 365
- Experience with Azure active directory
- Basic experience/awareness of firewalls, routers and telephony would be desirable
- Ability to work productively within a small team
- Being forward thinking and innovative
- Have excellent customer service skills and the ability to build working relationships with clients
- Do you have excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Must be able to drive to attend to call outs so a full UK driving license is essential
