We are recruiting Warehouse and Production Operatives to join a busy seasonal Christmas production project running from late-September through to mid-December.
The project involves producing personalised Christmas products for schools, including Christmas cards, mugs and playing cards. We have a range of positions available across the production and warehouse operation, making this an excellent opportunity for anyone with experience in warehouse, manufacturing, printing or production environments.

- Production Operatives
- Warehouse Operatives
- Artwork Checkers
- Printing Operatives
- Cutting Operatives
- Machine Operatives
- Quality Control
- Picking and Packing
- General Production Duties
Duties May Include
- Preparing and processing personalised Christmas products
- Checking artwork and customer orders for accuracy
- Operating printing and production machinery
- Cutting and finishing printed materials
- Quality checking finished products
- Picking and packing completed orders
- Moving and organising stock and materials
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area
- Working to production targets and deadlines
- Following health and safety procedures
- Supporting other areas of the warehouse and production operation when required
About You
We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
You should have:
- Good attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- The ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A flexible approach to different production and warehouse duties
- Good organisational skills
- 18+
Previous experience in warehouse, production, manufacturing, printing, machine operation or quality control is beneficial, but full training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Pay and Project Details
- £14.24 per hour depending on role and experience
- Temporary seasonal project
- Project running from late-September to mid-December 2026
- Full training provided where required
