THE ROLE – WAITING STAFF / SERVER

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Welcome guests with genuine warmth and hospitality

Take accurate food & drink orders and offer knowledgeable recommendations

Deliver dishes and beverages promptly with attention to detail

Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, proactive service

Keep the dining area clean, organised and inviting

Support the team and contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere

Handle payments confidently and efficiently

Assist with opening, closing and side duties as required
