***DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER***

We’re delighted to be recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager who thrives on innovation, leads with confidence, and is passionate about shaping the future of marketing in tech. You’ll be working for a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) who also deliver cutting-edge IT, cybersecurity, and connectivity solutions.
This role will not only give you the opportunity to work with the latest digital tools, AI tech, and automation but also manage and mentor a team of 4 (including 3 apprentices) shaping their development. All this done within a centrally located modern office and regular team socials.
Salary up to £55K depending on experience + pension + additional day off for your birthday + parking + career progression
Key responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Manager include,
- Building high-performing websites (Wix Studio & WordPress), running SEO strategies, launching PPC and social campaigns
- Joining meetings, sales pitches, and steering impactful project briefs
- Create Compelling Content from blogs to email campaigns, crafting standout assets using tools like Photoshop, Semrush, and more
- Lead the Team, inspiring and developing junior team members, helping them thrive
- Explore new tools and techniques to supercharge marketing performance
The ideal Digital Marketing Manager will need,
- 3+ years in digital marketing with strong SEO, PPC, Google Ads and web design experience
- Leadership qualities and a passion for mentoring up-and-coming marketers
- Hands-on with Semrush, AHREFS, Google Ads, GSC, and marketing AI tools
- A creative thinker who’s also data-driven and detail-focused
