We’re looking for passionate and ambitious Chef de Parties to become part of an exciting new street food concept, delivering fresh, vibrant and innovative food in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

The Role
As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, ensuring every dish is prepared with consistency, creativity and attention to detail. Working alongside an experienced kitchen team, you’ll help deliver an outstanding street food offering that exceeds guest expectations every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running your section efficiently during busy service periods.
- Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality food to specification.
- Maintaining exceptional food hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Supporting stock control, food preparation and waste management.
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen brigade to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Upholding the highest standards of quality, presentation and consistency.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or an experienced Demi Chef de Partie ready to take the next step.
- Experience within high-volume restaurants, premium hospitality, contract catering or street food operations.
- Passion for fresh food, quality ingredients and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A positive attitude, excellent teamwork and a genuine desire to develop your career.
