We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager with a natural flair for increasing and driving business growth You will play a crucial role within the company working from a bespoke CRM system of cold, warm and hot sales leads resulting in driving the company’s growth and success.
This office-based role requires a proactive individual with confident communication skills and a passion for sales.
Salary c.£30-35K depending on experience + commission
Key responsibilities for the Business Development Manager include;

  • Uncover potential opportunities from prospective clients
  • Identify suitable leads
  • Contact key decision makers using social selling tools and techniques
  • Successfully book client meetings
  • Take an accurate and full project brief from clients
  • Work towards agreed key objectives, KPI’s and targets
  • Record relevant information onto an internal CRM, tracking every opportunity through the sales cycle

The ideal Business Development Manager will need,

  • Previous office based sales, business development or appointment setting experience
  • Have a professional, confident and persuasive telephone manner
  • A proven ability to identify sales opportunities and generate leads
