About us

Profiles Personnel is a busy recruitment business situated in central Farnham supplying temporary & permanent hospitality, industrial and commercial staff across the Southeast. Even after 36 years of trading we are still growing – and due to this continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Assistant to come and join our busy team of 12!

The role in a nutshell

Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with the Events Recruitment Team, you will support the Hospitality and Industrial teams in the attraction, recruitment, compliance and onboarding of temporary workers whilst supporting the day-to-day office operations. Once you have mastered the art of recruitment and onboarding, you will progress to become a fully fledged Recruitment Consultant with full responsibility for developing strong client and temp relationships, filling all bookings with quality staff and adopting an honest and open approach at all times.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with a can-do, positive attitude, someone with new ideas and a fresh approach. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • An understanding of the hospitality sector
  • A friendly and warm personality with a caring attitude
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, good all-round computer skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
  • Sound judgement and decision-making skills
  • A mature personality – someone who can gains people’s confidence and puts them at ease
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills

The role is based in Farnham, occasional working from home is possible after a 3 month probation is passed. Working hours are 9 – 5.30p.m., you will be required to support on weekend check-ins and on call cover on a rota basis, however extra holiday days will be given to cover weekend working.
