***NEW JOB ALERT STOCKROOM COORDINATOR VACANCY***

A super new office based pro-active Stockroom Coordinator role has arisen with our Farnham based clients. Note that the Stockroom Coordinator role is initially a 6 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. Salary £18K. Full or part-time considered.

Key responsibilities for the Stockroom Coordinator include;

  • Working with the Marketing Coordinator to place Head Office Orders
  • Manage client showroom, office displays, maintain stockroom and sample levels
  • Prepare and pack stock and equipment for Trade Shows
  • Trade shows admin support – e.g. booking vans, hotels and completing registrations for shows
  • Distribution & printing (if required) of Price Cards, stickers and ancillaries to Franchisees
  • Stationery orders as required
  • Liaising with printers, obtaining quotes for and placing orders

The ideal Stockroom Coordinator will need;

  • Be willing to commit to a fixed term contract 
  • Previous office based experience
  • Able to cope with some manual handling (training provided)
  • Good IT Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

The Stockroom Coordinator role would suit a reliable, conscientious team player who enjoys being part of a team.

Monday to Friday, full or part-time considered hours to be discussed
