Service Controller
***SERVICE CONTROLLER***
Calling all Service Controllers or Schedulers who have the ability to efficiently dispatch Engineers from A to B.
We have an immediate permanent full time opening for a pro-active Service Controller to join a relaxed but busy service department team.
Salary £26-27K per annum based on experience
Key responsibilities for the Service Controller include;
- Answer incoming calls into the office and log breakdowns
- Booking in all breakdowns and scheduling Engineers to attend
- Input Engineer’s timesheets on a daily basis
- Communicate with the customer to give them updates on all live breakdowns
- Invoice all retail work that has been completed
- Resolve all customer invoice queries
- Cover other diary locations during peak times for Holiday
The ideal Service Controller will need the following;
- Previous experience of scheduling Engineers for breakdowns
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Time management skills
- A good understanding of customer service procedures, policies and best practice
- A willingness to help both internal and external customers
- Own transport essential, free on-site parking
Incentives that can give the Service Controller the option to earn and additional £1000 per annum
This role would suit a Service Controller with scheduling experience with engineers and is used to working in a busy, challenging fast paced environment
