Due to business growth our clients have an immediate opening for a seasoned   Senior Customer Success Manager with solid experience of working with digital workplace platforms either as a manager or end user.

To succeed as a Senior Customer Success Manager you will need to demonstrate that you are agile, well-rounded and client-centric as you will be responsible for building a deep working relationship with your clients to ensure the ongoing success.

Salary £40-45K DOE + benefits.

Key responsibilities for the Senior Customer Success Manager include;

  • Establishing critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aiding the customer in achieving their goals
  • Working with clients to increase adoption and usage
  • Being an advocate for the customer within the business
  • Manage multiple key accounts at different project stages across different geographies
  • Establishing a long-term trusted advisor relationship with the customer to drive continued value of our products and services
  • Developing, preparing and nurturing customers for success
  • Escalating customer needs/issues cross-departmentally and appropriately for key accounts
  • Managing the roll-out of any additional configuration to the Platform that may be required.

The ideal Senior Customer Success Manager will need;

  • 5+ years experience in an Account Management or Customer Success Management role working with Enterprise clients for at least 1 year of this time
  • Experience working with digital workplace platforms either as a manager or end user e.g. Jive, Interact, Jostle
  • Technical understanding of APIs and possible integration opportunities
  • Designing and analysing analytics dashboards to surface key performance data
  • Experience identifying up-sell opportunities and presenting these to the customer
  • Experience up-skilling, training and supporting new team members
  • Own transport essential, free on-site parking

This Senior Customer Success Manager role would suit an extremely well-organised, pro-active and motivated person who has the ability to multi-task under the pressure of tight deadlines whilst maintaining a good sense of humour.
