A super new 12 month maternity cover contract for a efficient Sales & Marketing Administrator has just landed for our clients based in Fleet.
This is a varied and multi-discipline administration role providing support for the sales and marketing functions, quality and accounts departments. Salary £24K.
Key responsibilities for the Sales & Marketing Administrator include

  • Sales support, respond to requests for quotations and orders
  • Maintain freight costing spreadsheets
  • Marketing support, maintain company website
  • Create content of the monthly E mail campaigns
  • Have input and maintenance of annual marketing plan and activity log
  • Provide information and updates on marketing issues
  • Creation of company literature and maintains literature inventory
  • Identify and liaise with media outlets for editorial and advertising requirements
  • Administration of the company`s ISO 9001:2015 management system
  • Management system monitoring
  • Raising Invoices, Credit Notes, Pro-Forma’s and Down Payment Requests
  • Posting Service Invoices
  • Assist with external year-end financial audit
  • Create weekly shipments reports
  • Checking and maintaining stationary stock and kitchen supplies
  • Assist with the arrangement of company social activities

The ideal ideal Sales & Marketing Administrator will need;

  • To be able to commit to a 12 month maternity cover contract
  • Have previous sales & marketing office experience needed (experience within engineering an advantage)
  • Strong computer skills including Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP Business 1 software useful
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills essential
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills

This is a super opportunity for a team player with bags of initiative and flexibility to enjoy a varied 12 month contract role.
Hours 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday
Free on-site parking
