Account Manager
***ACCOUNT MANAGER***
We are super excited to be recruiting an experienced and target driven Account Manager who prides themselves on their ability to convert incoming enquiries into training course sales to join our clients who operate a global program of training courses designed to enhance their student’s career opportunities. The purpose of the Account Manager will be to provide account management to existing clients, no cold calling.
Salary £28-35K + uncapped OTE c.£10K + additional incentives + free parking
Key responsibilities for the Account Manager include,
- Convert incoming enquiries into sales each month to meet targets
- Send emails to potential clients and corporations globally and follow up
- Negotiate course rates for corporate clients
- Actively use social media to promote the portfolio of courses
- Make appointments to see prospects and attend events as necessary
- Be involved in launching and promoting new courses and products within the company’s portfolio
The ideal Account Manager will need,
- Previous account management or sales experience
- Proven record of converting enquiries into sales
- Experience within training/coaching sales or similar would be a huge advantage but not essential
- Good understanding of social media and using CRM systems preferred
- Be highly organised and maintain accurate records
- Professional verbal/written communication needed, along with the ability to write persuasive and informative emails
