***PROPERTY SALES MANAGER***
An immediate opening for an experienced Property Sales Manager has arisen due to increased levels of business within a leading Surrey based Estate Agency. This role would suit someone with previous estate agency experience and a genuine passion for selling residential properties.
Salary £25K + OTE c.£50K + £1800 car allowance
Key responsibilities for the Property Sales Manager include;

• Carrying out property valuations and viewings
• Keep clients fully updated on progress
• Occasionally assist with the running of the office

The ideal Property Sales Manager will need,

• Previous experience within a similar role
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Be well-presented, highly professional with excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Have the ability to work in a pressurised, fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Be highly customer focused and enjoy providing a 1st class service
• Have good geographical knowledge of the local area
