***NEW PROJECT ADMIN JOB JUST IN***
An exciting and immediate opening for an efficient, well presented Project Administrator has just landed with one of our top clients based in Aldershot. Working within a fast paced sales department the Project Administrator will enjoy a varied and busy role. Salary between £21-23K depending on experience.
Key responsibilities for the Project Administrator include;

  • Process all the necessary documentation following receipt of a request for quotation
  • Liaise with Customers and Internal Departments
  • Attend meetings and take notes
  • Create spreadsheets and recording required information
  • Preparing Purchase Requisitions
  • Raising Sales Orders on In-House System (Sage based)
  • Set up new customer details on Sage
  • Issuing proforma invoices
  • Report new business activity on a monthly basis
  • Answer incoming calls, meet and greet visitors
  • Other general administration including post and filing, visitors’ tea/coffee and organising lunches when required

The ideal Project Administrator will need;

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role preferred
  • Confident knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook essential
  • Strong verbal/written communications skills
  • Excellent organisational skills along with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Be a genuine team player with bags of initiative to work in a fast paced department

Hours 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-1pm Friday
Free on-site parking
