We are actively seeking an experienced Warehouse or Production Supervisor to assist our client with a Creative Project in Bordon, Hampshire. This is a 7 week temporary role starting from Monday 17th October 2022 to Approx. 9th December 2022. You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 6 operatives to ensure the smooth production of ceramic Christmas products. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to motivate others and demonstrate a willingness to assist when needed.

Role:

• Manage production workflow to ensure required order numbers are achieved
• Oversee quality control – make spot checks / observe working practice
• Manage staff and inform of recruitment needs as required
• General Administration
• Liaise with internal departments and parcel carrier collections
• Ensure end of day tidy up (or spot tidy ups where required)
• Movement of stock – some reasonable lifting

Hours :- Monday – Friday 0:900hrs to 17:30hrs FREE PARKING + INCENTIVE BONUS

Pay Rate: £11.50ph + Holiday Pay
