A super new vacancy for a efficient Office Administrator with previous Estate Agency experience has just landed! The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to a busy sales team.
Salary c.£25K depending on experience
Key responsibilities for the Office Administrator include,
- Answer the phone and deal with enquires
- Register new applicants and properties on the system
- Prepare sales correspondence, fee invoices and maintain property files
- Create mail merges, run reports and send mail-outs
- Create brochures, flyers, marketing material and window cards
- Arrange property viewings and survey appointments
- Carry out anti-money laundering checks and risk assessments on all vendors/purchasers
- Responsible for general office housekeeping such as stationery ordering
The ideal Office Administrator will need the following,
- Previous administrative experience within a Estate Agency essential
- Be well-presented with excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills are a must, experience of using Rezi property software advantageous
- Be a highly organised, methodical worker with strong attention to detail
This role would suit a professional Office Administrator who has a calm approach and thrives within a busy, vibrant Estate Agency office.
Hours 9am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday
