Want to work as an Internal Account Manager for one of the areas leading employers who not only offer amazing perks and benefits but also offer genuine opportunities for training and self-development? If you have Internal Sales Account Management experience preferably within the tech/IT sector then read on! Depending on your experience you can earn between £24-28K PLUS £4-6K commission PLUS many benefits which are too many to list here!
Key responsibilities for the Internal Account Manager include;

  • Provide a high level of customer service to major accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
  • Drive attendance to company event/webinars
  • Assist and manage renewals business including up-selling and cross-selling
  • Issue quotations and processing purchase orders
  • Complete administrative tasks as required
  • Ensure that the CRM (Netsuite) database in up to date

The ideal Internal Account Manager will need;

  • Previous experience in a similar sales role
  • Be commercially aware along with a good understanding of the IT sector
  • Be a self-motivated self-starter with a positive approach to sales
  • Ability to problem solve, identifying a client’s needs and respond
  • Have a strong desire to work to and exceed targets
  • Strong communication skills essential, with a professional telephone manner
  • Confident MS Office and general administrative skills essential
