We are actively recruiting on behalf of our client situated near Bordon, Hampshire for a capable Customer Service Administrator to assist with a creative project from September 2020 to Christmas 2020. This is a key role to support the Office Manager with various administrative duties. If you pride yourself on providing an excellent customer service and enjoy a busy varied day then this role will certainly suit you. Responsibilities will include: Responding to customer telephone enquiries, processing orders, liaising with internal departments, processing customer enquiries, general administration and organisation of mail. Experience of working within an administrative or customer service environment would be beneficial; good working knowledge of MS Office Word/Excel/Outlook.
Hours : – 08:30hrs to 17:30hrs Monday to Friday
