Compliance Administrator
***COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR***
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Compliance Administrator ideally with previous compliance experience manufacturing. This is an office-based role where you could find yourself working for a well-established, leading manufacturing/engineering company who put green innovation and sustainability into the heart of their business.
Salary £28-33K depending on experience
The key responsibilities for the Compliance Administrator include,
- Carry out Internal Audits (ISO9001 & H&S, etc.) & Site inspections
- Assisting with customer queries according Reach, RoHS, Conflict Minerals etc. for customers and maintaining documentation
- Help to generate general and specific Risk Assessments (Compliance, FMEA, COSHH, DSEAR, Manual Handling, PUWER etc.)
- Assists investigating internal complaints, customer non-conformities & accidents
- Review existing safe systems of work and risk assessments
- Support creation of Standardized / Safe Operating Procedures etc
- Provide training and guidance to personnel including H&S Inductions for new employees
The ideal Compliance Administrator will need the following,
- Previous experience within a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- NEBOSH Certification or other accredited qualification
- HND/HNC or degree qualification
- Internal auditor qualification in one field ISO 9001 or ISO 45001 or ISO 14001
- Working knowledge of computer hardware/software applications including word processing and Excel
- Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to working
- Adhere to all ISO 9001, environmental and health and safety policies and procedures
Hours 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday flexibility offered for start/finish times
