Administrator/Receptionist
***ADMINISTRATOR/RECEPTIONIST***
A super hot new vacancy for an efficient Administrator/Receptionist has just landed with our Camblerley based clients. Working for this highly successful global business the purpose of the role is to provide efficient administrative and receptionist support to all departments including Finance and HR.
Salary £26K + Benefits including free on-site parking
Key responsibilities for the Administrator/Receptionist include,
- Switch board cover
- Support all departments with admin tasks including mail merges using Excel
- Assisting HR as required in an administrative capacity
- Completing administrative duties, filing, typing, copying, scanning, plants, tea/coffee replenishment
- Collating information from various sources/sites as required
- Assisting with projects as required by departmental managers
The ideal Administrator/Receptionist will need,
- Self-starter with a proactive, flexible approach and able to work on own initiative
- High level of computer literacy, particularly, MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc
- Confident and articulate with good verbal/written communication skills
- Organised and capable of operating under pressure within a frequently changing environment
- Attention to detail essential along with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Some previous HR knowledge would be a huge advantage
- A willingness to cover a variety of routine or more complex tasks essential
This is a super opportunity for a well-organised Administrator/Receptionist who is looking for a office-based, varied and busy role where no 2 days are ever the same.
Hours 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday
