We are delighted to be recruiting for a permanent full-time office based Financial Services Administrator to join a Financial Planning and Investment company. This highly regarded locally based organisation has built an enviable reputation of putting their HNW clients at the very heart of what they do. You will also become part of a hugely supportive and collaborative team. Previous experience within Financial Services preferred however candidates from similar regulated industries will be considered.
Salary £22-28K depending on experience + benefits + performance related bonus + benefit from being part of an Employee Ownership Trust
Key responsibilities for the Financial Services Administrator include,

  • Provide efficient and compliant support
  • Supporting and processing new business
  • Liaising with third parties/product suppliers
  • Preparing client documentation prior to meetings and reviews
  • Client invoicing
  • Answering in-coming calls and arranging client meetings

The ideal Financial Services Administrator will need the following,

  • Previous experience within an IFA preferred
  • Professional and confident verbal/written communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills along with a meticulous eye for detail is essential
  • Highly customer focused with a natural willingness to ‘go the extra mile’
  • Ability to work in a high pressured, deadline driven environment

Hours 8.30am-5pm or 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
